Chantel made our visit beyond worth it! My husband & I came for a sweet treat for his birthday. She was so sweet & energetic while upholding the best customer service. We don’t live too close, but we’d definitely come back just to visit her! Thanks for making our experience a great end to our night, Chantel! 🤍

Today was my second time visiting Cinnaholic. During my first visit, the crew member was very aggressive and unpleasant to speak with, so we made sure to order as quickly as possible. I decided to give them another try today, but unfortunately, the experience was not much better. The music was blasting so loudly that it was difficult to hear, and once again, the crew members were hard to communicate with. Their demeanor felt very lackluster, almost as if our presence was an inconvenience. Additionally, the display cinnamon rolls did not look appealing at all. In fact, they looked quite unappetizing, which alone makes you reconsider visiting. At this point, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. I don’t need a third negative experience to decide not to spend my money here.

This place is one of the coolest places ever. I have allergies which restricts me from having most baked stuff, so I was so happy that I could eat these cinnamon rolls! I heard from my friends that they didn’t even taste vegan and were like the real thing which is a huge compliment. I got the very berry cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting. Cherise was the person working at the time and she let me try the cream cheese and cake batter frosting because I was debating between the two. Great customer service and great cinnamon rolls! I was in Concord for only a week and got it twice ☺️ sorry there is a bite taken out already in the photo I couldn’t resist it was that good

I ordered the mini buns for a super bowl party at the Concord location and when I got them to the destination and opened them it was a complete mess. It looked like the box had been dropped and stepped on. Even if the box had been dropped or tipped over, you could tell the buns were prepared VERY sloppy. The icing is haphazard and sloppily placed. Some of the buns were like squeezed and misshaped. As other reviews have stated, I’ve ordered regular sized cinnamon buns more than once and it’s drowning in icing and just all around sloppy. I thought the mini buns would be better but I’m pretty much done with this location. If this much lack of care is put into presentation I shudder to think what the sanitation and food safety is like. Very disappointing because there are not many places I can get vegan desserts as I have a dairy restriction currently.

My husband and I decided to grab a cinnamon roll. I have egg and dairy allergies so Cinnaholic is a great option for a treat. The lady that helped us was very helpful. They were making fresh rolls so she informed us it would be about 5-6 minutes before they would be ready. We ordered and when they were ready she brought them to us fresh and hot. They were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend giving them a try.
